Who we are
Bitcoin Radio is part of N3W M0N3Y, the daily ArtVision broadcast, operated by ArtVision. When these terms say "we," that is who we mean. By using this site, listening to the broadcast, submitting work, or registering for anything here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The broadcast
The show is provided as is. We work hard to keep episodes, the archive, and this site available, but we do not promise they will always be online, uninterrupted, or error free. Opportunities we share on air, such as grants, residencies, and open calls, belong to the organizations that run them. Always confirm details, deadlines, and eligibility with the source before you apply.
Collecting art
Works in the ArtVision collections are sold by their artists, on the platforms the artists choose. ArtVision features these artists because their visibility, success, and well-being are the point of the broadcast. Your purchase is between you and the artist and is governed by that platform's own terms. Collecting a work gives you the work. It does not give you copyright, ownership in ArtVision, or any right to profits.
Show tokens
Show tokens are collectible keepsakes from the broadcast. They are not investments, carry no promise of financial return, and do not entitle you to income, revenue, or control of the show. Bitcoin transactions are final.
The ArtVision Members Club Jacket
The jacket is for members who collect four or more ArtVision show tokens, in any combination, and patch in with an accurate size and mailing address before the window closes the day after Thanksgiving. Before orders go out each Wednesday, we check the wallet you give us for four or more show tokens. Registrations that do not verify are not shipped, and we will email you if something does not line up. Each year we add pins and patches from artists we love; those are released separately and are not guaranteed with the jacket.
Limited edition hoodies
Artist-designed hoodies, such as the ArtVision Hoodie, "Maxximillian Vision" Edition, are produced in small runs and unlocked by holding the show tokens and featured works described with each edition. Editions, colorways, and availability may change without warning. Orders verified by Wednesday go out in that week's shipment.
For every jacket and hoodie, please choose your size carefully: there are no returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or an incorrect address you provide. Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are yours to cover.
Your email and your information
We keep your email private. We use it to send you the episodes you signed up for, to tell you when you are featured, and to send shipping updates. We do not sell it. You can ask us to remove you at any time. Shipping details are used only to get your jacket to you.
Submitting your work
When you suggest a work, you confirm it is yours to share. You give us permission to say your name, the title, and your website on air and on this site, and to show the work in connection with the feature. You keep all rights to your work. We choose features at our discretion and cannot guarantee that every submission will air.
No AI training
No part of this site, its code, its design, its audio, its images, its text, or anything it produces may be used to train, fine tune, evaluate, or build datasets for any artificial intelligence or machine learning system. This includes scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading for those purposes. This applies to every company and every model, with no exceptions.
Our work
The broadcast, the ArtVision and Bitcoin Radio names, this site's design and code, and the art shown here belong to ArtVision or to the artists who made them. You are welcome to share links and talk about the show. Please do not copy, rebroadcast, or resell it without written permission.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, ArtVision is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, the broadcast, third-party platforms, or the bitcoin network. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us directly, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as Bitcoin Radio grows. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
